Who can use Unsaid

You must be 18 or older.

What you can share

Your own confessions: honest, sad, embarrassing, regretful, messy. That's what this place is for.

Don't share:

• names, handles, contact details, or anything that identifies a real person
• threats, harassment, or hate
• sexual content
• ads, links, or spam

We screen posts automatically and remove anything that breaks these rules. Three reports hide a confession until we review it.

If you're struggling

Unsaid isn't a crisis service. In the US, call or text 988. Elsewhere, visit findahelpline.com. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Comfort lines

After you share or let go, Unsaid shows you a short line of comfort written by AI. It's a kind word, not professional advice, and it may sometimes miss the mark.

Your words

By sharing, you allow Unsaid to display your confession anonymously on the wall. You can't edit or delete a confession after sharing, because we don't know which one is yours.

Unsaid is provided as is. We may remove any content or change the service at any time.
